$claudewebfrom a Claude chat with the CogentSpec plugin and local execution access. The command prepares a secure Web handoff for this workspace; the side panel alone does not start local software.
CogentSpec does not supply the Claude plan. Anthropic controls Claude in Chrome access and may ask you to upgrade or switch accounts.
