GPTWeb uses ChatGPT browser side chat with the CogentSpec page you already have open. No custom MCP connection is required inside ChatGPT.
ChatGPT and Claude plans, browser-extension eligibility and any AI usage charges are separate.

The two products remain separate. ChatGPT receives the CogentSpec page only when you use the browser extension and approve the website access it requests.
